PAYPAL NOT OPERATING IN INDIA FOR PERSONAL USERS
From February 1st pay pal is not operating its personal account for Indian users. All the money to and from are reversed. I don't know what the issue is but hope all go well. If you are an Indian and using pay pal then you are in trouble. Hope they solve our problems soon and allow us to make personal transactions.
